Over 40 years ago Alpha Numeric put down its roots in Modesto, CA, selling typewriters and adding machines. Through determination and perseverance founder Joe Bené built Alpha Numeric into one of the premier office technology centers in the central valley. Today we are a proud Authorized sales and service center for Savin and Ricoh brand printers, scanners, fax machines, and multi-function copiers. Alpha Numeric also provides sales and service of Duplo duplicators and folding machines, as well as Panasonic fax machines. It would be our honor to take care of the machines that take care of your business.

Sales
We sell and service Savin, Ricoh, Duplo, and Panasonic business machines. Our sales staff is trained to help you choose the right equipment for your business.
Service
Our certified service technicians quickly diagnose issues to get our customers up and running. In most areas we provide a 3 hour response time.
Training
Our trainer can help you get the most out of your office technology. When installing one of our products our trainer goes through an in depth tutorial on all of the functions of the new equipment. They also provide a direct line to them for any questions that may arise.
Phone support
25% of customer service calls can be handled quickly over the phone. If the problem warrants, our in house phone support can give you the power to have your machine up and running immediately.
